ABOUT THE ROLE

As the US leader in innovative and sustainable building materials, Holcim is reinventing how the world builds to make it greener and smarter for all. To do so, we need world-class talent to join our team. People who are passionate about sustainability, are driven to shape and influence perception and are keen to build, grow, and thrive in our high-performance culture.

We are looking for a talented Senior Manager, Internal Communications with extensive experience in employee and change communications, and a proven track record of effective delivery of integrated, multi-channel internal communications programs and campaigns. • Manage high-visibility internal communication projects, working closely with leaders in a wide variety of positions within the company, including CEO Town Halls, leadership events, and cross-North America initiatives.

  • Act as subject matter expert on internal communications best practices and strategies for reaching a remote workforce. Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in the field and explore innovative ways to enhance outreach.

  • Serve as a strategic communications partner to executive leaders and a functional business partner for Business Development, Health & Safety, HR and Environment teams

  • Provide solutions for effective communications and coach field-based leaders to deliver relevant and impactful communications.

  • Develop standards and processes to improve efficiencies and effectiveness of employee and internal communications.

  • Measure and assess the impact of communications activities; use data to make decisions on future communications.

  • Manage agency partners and oversee associated budgets.
